A three-part (Monday evening) series co-sponsored by the Stein Center for Law and Ethics and the Corporate Law Center:

Part two

Monday, February 25th - New, Smart and Ethical Business Models

New economic realities, new technologies, new clients. As the traditional law firm struggles to adapt to the demands of the 21st century, this panel will take a look at new business models—from online services to flat fee legal services—and how those approaches fit into or conflict with ethical obligations of the profession.
