A guided tour of the Law School will be hosted by a current Fordham Law student. The tour should last between 30-45 minutes. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot. Please have a state-issued form of identification to gain access to the building.

Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the Law School by the Fordham University seal.

Please note: Your tour will begin, promptly, at the time for which it is scheduled, so it is best to arrive a few minutes early.

Lawrence A. Hamermesh
, Ruby R. Vale Professor of Corporate and Business Law, Director of the Widener Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law, Widener University Delaware School of Law, will present his paper "A Most Adequate Response to Excessive Shareholder Litigation."

The spring 2017 lecture series features scholarship of the leading national business and financial law scholars coming to Fordham Law to present their work to faculty and students. The series takes place weekly* on Thursdays, 4-5:50 p.m., in Room 2-01A.

*There is no lecture on March 16 or April 13, 2017
