This CLE training is for LEEAP and CLARO volunteers and will provide an overview of identity theft, information about victim protections under Federal Civil Laws, and steps to take to assist victims of identity theft.

Two CLE credits (professional practice) will be offered for those eligible.

A guided tour of the law school will be presented by a current student. The tour should last between 30-45 minutes. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot.

Please have a state issued form of identification to gain access into the facilities. Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the law school.

4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Stein Scholars Event: Undocumented Youth and the NYS Dream Act
Join us to learn how undocumented youth in NYC have been organizing for passage of the NYS Dream Act (A06829). We will hear from youth organizers and Dreamers about their experiences. Participating organizations include NYS Youth Leadership Council and Make the Road NY.
Prof. Jennifer Gordon will moderate.
Food will be served.
Co-sponsored by the Latin American Law Students Association, and Immigration Advocacy Project.
