A guided tour of the Law School will be hosted by a current Fordham Law student. The tour should last between 30-45 minutes. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot. Please have a state-issued form of identification to gain access to the building.

Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the Law School by the Fordham University seal.

Please note: Your tour will begin, promptly, at the time for which it is scheduled, so it is best to arrive a few minutes early.

Julina Guo, an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow, will speak about her work at the Human Trafficking Intervention Court here in NYC.  Julina works primarily with foreign national victims of trafficking.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM DVAC Presents: Gender Justice and Anti-Violence Work Under the Trump Administration
This year, the panel will explore various issues related to doing gender justice and anti-violence work under the new administration, including: the effects of proposed budget cuts, Trump's public messaging about women, and other executive actions' effects on survivors, particularly survivors from marginalized communities. 

Panelists will include:

 Sandra Park (Senior Staff Attorney, Women’s Right’s Project, American Civil Liberties Union),

Nabah Ikram (Domestic Violence Program Advocate, Sakhi for South Asian Women), and

Connie Neal (Executive Director, NY State Coalition Against Domestic Violence).  

Non-pizza lunch will be served. We strongly encourage every DVAC member to come and hope to see you there!

, Professor of Law, University of Virginia School of Law, will present his paper "Tax Motivated Acquisitions."

The spring 2017 lecture series features scholarship of the leading national business and financial law scholars coming to Fordham Law to present their work to faculty and students.  The series takes place weekly* on Thursdays, 4-5:50 p.m., in Room 2-01A.

*There is no lecture on March 16 or April 13, 2017
