Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit

"The Limits on the Use of Economics in Law"

NERA Economic Consulting established the Fred Dunbar Memorial Lecture in Law and Economics at Fordham Law School. The series is named for longtime NERA securities expert Fred Dunbar, who
joined NERA in 1979 and founded the firm's Securities and Finance and Mass Torts and Product Liability Practices. In September 2009, Dr. Dunbar was appointed an Economic Fellow in the Office of Economic Analysis of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was part of the Division of Risk, Strategy and Financial Innovation.

The event is free and open to the public.
