| 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM | Understanding China's New Environment for Intellectual Property
Prof. Mark Cohen and the Fordham IP Institute proudly present this exciting program which will cover a range of issues, from patenting trends, to challenges in design protection, and intellectual property protection challenges for cloud computing in China. We expect to have senior officials from the USPTO, including Hon. David Kappos, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Randall Rader, Chief Judge of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Hon. Denny Chin of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Hon. Zhu Li of China’s Supreme People’s Court’s IPR tribunal, in attendance, as well as many notable practitioners and scholars. |

A guided tour of the law school will be presented by a current student. The tour should last between 30-45 minutes. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot.
Please have a state issued form of identification to gain access into the facilities. Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the law school.

| 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Summer information session
Who Should Attend? Any Fordham Law School student who is
considering taking a summer course. The
financial aid office will discuss transferring from the Evening to Day Division,
Fordham summer programs & expense budgets, and, for those students planning
on taking courses as a visiting student at another Law School, we'll cover the
consortium agreement requirement.
