New technologies have profoundly changed how law is practiced: today’s legal profession features not only new ways of communication, data storage and transmission but also different forms of knowledge management and discovery. During this luncheon & lecture you will learn about the ethical issues arising from these new developments and how to avoid subsequent legal risks.

The seminar will be followed by a networking reception. A light lunch will be served.

CLE CREDIT has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for 2 Ethics and Professionalism for both transitional and non-transitional attorneys. To determine whether another state will award credit, please contact that state’s CLE administrator’s office.
