12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Law School Tour
A guided tour of the law school will be presented by a current student. The tour should last between 30-45 minutes. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot. Please have a state issued form of identification to gain access to the building.  

Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the law school building by the welcome desk.


Please note tours will start exactly on time, so it's best to arrive a few minutes early.

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Chinese Rights Advocates: Plight and Prospects
The Leitner Center for International Law and Justice, the Committee to Support Chinese Lawyers, and the Fordham Asia Law Society invite you to attend a gathering of distinguished Chinese lawyers and advocates as they share their perspectives on the current landscape for rights advocacy, public interest lawyering, and the legal profession in China. This is a rare opportunity to hear first-hand accounts from Chinese lawyers and practitioners working on the ground across a range of important public interest fields. Specific topics and speakers will include:

Introducing the Work of the Chinese Human Rights Lawyers Group
Liang Xiaojun | Executive Director of China Against Death Penalty

The Work and Community of Women Public Interest Lawyers
